Affirmative Employment & Equal Employment Opportunity (AE/EEO) Program

The purpose of the Equal Employment Opportunity Institute is to increase awareness of EEO complaint processes and policy issues. During the National Training Institute, BIG facilitates a collage of workshops centered specifically on issues of EEO as it relates to the federal, state, and local EEO processes and policy issues which  impact  public servants as well as BIG membership.
